Jen and Rob: Now that our kitchen/family room/master bathroom project is complete, I wanted to take a minute to tell you how thrilled we are with the final result and what a professional, pleasant and painless process Diana, Tom and Carol made the whole experience. They were all incredibly responsive to every detail and request and their follow through on every aspect of the project exceeded all our expectations.
